My name is Zack Oates and I am the owner and operator of Green Monarch Therapy, PLLC. I am an Occupational Therapist born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, home health, and with neurodivergent children and adults. Those experiences have shaped how I practice today, with a neurodiversity-affirming approach that respects each person’s unique way of being in the world. My passion for healthcare has grown from both personal experience and professional work, and I’m deeply committed to supporting others in building a life that is meaningful and authentic to them. My personal interests include riding my bike, paddleboarding, watching sports, learning about geography and history, and planning trips.
